No business is approved, and none can be approved from this page.

This is the information a termite business would need before agreeing to receive an introduction. It is not an offer, not an application form that stores your details, and not a statement that you are licensed.

What a lead is

A lead would be a homeowner or authorised person asking for a quote for an inspection, a barrier, treatment, baiting, or an inspection because they are unsure. It would not be a sold job, a guaranteed appointment, or a promise the person will answer the phone. The enquiry would include a name, a phone or email, a postcode, the service, a short description and a preferred contact time. It would not include a street address. Sharing would require an unticked box that the person actively ticks, naming the businesses and the maximum number.

If nobody verified covers that postcode and service, the worker tells the person it is unavailable and does not store the contact details. A pending or suspended business is not eligible.

Verification, before any lead

Nothing in this list has been done for any business, because no business has been reviewed.

  1. Look up the QBCC register. The licence would need to be current, in the name of the contracting person or company, and in Termite Management — Chemical and/or Physical as the work requires. Physical is the restricted class QBCC describes for systems such as graded stone or stainless mesh.
  2. Sight the card or digital licence, not a logo on a van.
  3. For chemical work, also check the Queensland Health pest management licence and that timber-pest work is authorised.
  4. Record the check, the date and who did it. A business typing its own licence number into a form would not count.
  5. There is no auto-approval. The default database has no providers. The synthetic fixture file is for tests and is not loaded at startup.

Pilot lead prices

These are the approved SEQ Service Quotes pilot prices for termite introductions. Prices are ex GST. No GST is charged because the business is not registered for GST. They are not a supplier’s price for doing the job, and they are not a quote you can pay through this page. Sign-up does not store your details. No business is auto-approved.

Pilot fees, AUD excluding GST. Charged only when the provider accepts the lead.
Product Who receives the enquiry Fee
Shared At most 2 providers. The software cap is 2. Order is internal id, not a ranking. $40 ex GST
Exclusive One provider, only after a written agreement. It is not the default route. $75 ex GST

Outreach to businesses is not authorised by publishing a phone number. Any later email needs its own consent, the operator’s real contact details, and a working unsubscribe. No SMS and no automated calling are set up.

hipages and ServiceSeeking publish their own membership prices for businesses. Those are not SEQ Service Quotes fees. Oneflare retired on 30 June 2026. The research memo’s illustrative bid ceilings are not these pilot prices.

Expressions of interest are not open

The worker route for provider interest returns “sign-up disabled” and does not write a row. Publication of a business phone number is not consent to be emailed at mjwr09@gmail.com.

Expression of interest — disabled

Disabled on purpose. Submitting this form is not possible, and the server would refuse it anyway.
