Eleven postcodes, six guides, no cloned suburb pages.

A useful page has to say something that the next suburb’s page does not. Census dwelling mix, house size and history differ across western Brisbane. A “termite control in X” template would not.

The Queensland Government Statistician’s Office put Brisbane local government area population at 1,375,301 at 30 June 2025, up 21,464. That figure is the whole LGA. It is not a western-suburbs population, not a count of houses with termites, and not a forecast of enquiries.

Routing uses the Australia Post codes below, checked on 8 November 2026. A code is accepted only if it is in this list. Other places named The Gap, including 4825 in the Mount Isa area, are refused. Ipswich codes are not in the list. PO Box and business-centre names are shown because Australia Post returns them for the same code. They are not extra suburbs and they do not get their own pages.

Australia Post localities inside the draft territory. Delivery and PO Box labels follow the postcode finder.
Postcode Names Australia Post returned Why it is one row, not ten pages
4060 Ashgrove ; Ashgrove East (PO boxes) ; Australia Post lists Ashgrove East as PO boxes, not a second suburb of houses.
4061 The Gap (Brisbane City Council) ; Australia Post also lists localities named The Gap in the Northern Territory, New South Wales, Mount Isa and South Australia. Only 4061 is in this territory.
4065 Bardon ; Bardon is the only locality Australia Post returned for 4065.
4066 Auchenflower ; Mount Coot-tha ; Toowong ; Toowong BC (PO boxes) ; Toowong DC (PO boxes) ; Toowong BC and Toowong DC are box and locked-bag categories on the Australia Post result, not separate housing areas.
4067 St Lucia ; St Lucia South (PO boxes) ; Australia Post marks St Lucia South as PO boxes.
4068 Chelmer ; Indooroopilly ; Indooroopilly Centre (PO boxes) ; Taringa ; Chelmer, Indooroopilly and Taringa share 4068. Indooroopilly Centre is PO boxes. Census counts for one of these suburbs are not counts for the others.
4069 Brookfield ; Chapel Hill ; Fig Tree Pocket ; Kenmore ; Kenmore DC ; Kenmore East (PO boxes) ; Kenmore Hills ; Pinjarra Hills ; Pullenvale ; Upper Brookfield ; Ten Australia Post names share 4069. Kenmore East is PO boxes. A census page for Kenmore does not describe Brookfield, Pullenvale or Fig Tree Pocket.
4070 Anstead ; Bellbowrie ; Moggill ; Anstead, Bellbowrie and Moggill are the three localities Australia Post returned for 4070.
4073 Seventeen Mile Rocks ; Sinnamon Park ; 4073 is only Seventeen Mile Rocks and Sinnamon Park. It is not the 4074 Centenary code.
4074 Jamboree Heights ; Jindalee ; Middle Park ; Mount Ommaney ; Riverhills ; Sumner ; Sumner Park BC (PO boxes) ; Westlake ; Australia Post lists these Centenary-side localities under 4074. Sumner Park BC is a box category. Jindalee's census counts are not counts for Mount Ommaney or Riverhills.
4075 Corinda ; Graceville ; Graceville East (PO boxes) ; Oxley ; Sherwood ; Graceville East is PO boxes. Sherwood's dwelling mix is not a figure for Corinda, Graceville or Oxley.

Guides that are actually about a place

Indooroopilly, Taringa and Chelmer

Almost as many occupied flats as separate houses, plus a 19th-century riverside suburb. A standard-house barrier ad does not describe a unit.

Open the Indooroopilly guide

Kenmore

Separate houses are 92.2% of occupied dwellings. Chapel Hill shares 4069, but it does not share Kenmore’s census table.

Brookfield, Pullenvale, Fig Tree Pocket

Three suburbs, three census tables, all dominated by large separate houses. The 1–4 bedroom inspection ad is the wrong assumption.

Centenary suburbs

Jindalee was named in 1964 as part of the Centenary Estates. Its census is not Mount Ommaney’s census. Ask what system was installed, if any.

Sherwood’s mix, and the rest of 4075

Sherwood is about half houses and almost a third flats. Those percentages are not Corinda, Graceville or Oxley.

The Gap, 4061 only

Australia Post lists several The Gaps. Only Brisbane’s 4061 is in territory. The suburb is mostly separate houses. No termite-risk score is published here.

Flood is an address question

Brisbane City Council’s February 2022 open dataset maps river and creek flood extent inside the LGA and says it does not include overland flow. Council’s FloodWise Property Report is the property-level check, including January 2011 and February 2022 levels where Council has them. Council’s Floodsmart Future Update 2023 says the February 2022 event affected more than 20,000 properties across 179 suburbs. That is a city figure. It is not a statement that any whole western suburb flooded, and it is not a termite statistic. If you are commissioning an inspection after inundation, ask the licensed person to look. This site will not infer termites from a flood map.
